What to expect during our recruitment process

Advertising
When we have an open position, it will be published on our career site. Applications are reviewed continuously – so apply as soon as possible.
If we believe you could be a potential match for us, we’ll give you a call for a short conversation. In this first step, we’ll go through your background and answer any initial questions you might have.
Screening call
Interviews
The number of interviews may vary depending on the role. Typically, you’ll meet the Hiring Manager and the Department Manager to discuss your experience, motivation, and fit for the position. For some roles, you may also have a follow-up interview focusing more on role-specific skills.
If we both feel it’s a good match, we’ll discuss the details and terms of employment – and hopefully welcome you to Enklare!
