We are now entering the next phase of our growth – taking the step towards becoming a credit market company. To succeed, we are strengthening our organization with a Head of Credit, who will play a pivotal role in building and driving our credit framework, strategies, and risk management.

About the role

As Head of Credit, you will be responsible for developing and executing Enklare’s credit strategies, balancing growth, risk, and profitability. You will lead the credit committee, own the credit risk reporting, and continuously refine our underwriting criteria to ensure sustainable scaling across new and existing products.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Operations to align credit with broader strategic initiatives. You will also develop pricing strategies, customer segmentation models, and forecasting tools to support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and optimizing credit strategies to balance growth, risk, and profitability

• Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance and ensuring efficient data infrastructure

• Leading the credit committee and managing all credit risk reporting

• Owning and developing the credit framework and underwriting criteria

• Driving pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and forecasting models

• Working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Operations to align credit and business goals

About you

We believe you are someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact. You have several years of experience in credit risk and underwriting, and you are now ready for the next step – or already operating in a similar role.

You are confident working with data, comfortable with large datasets and credit KPIs, and have the ability to translate insights into strategies that support both business growth and profitability.

We think you bring most of the following:

• Several years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or related areas

• A degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics

• Strong analytical mindset and a sense of ownership

• Proven ability to connect credit insights with business growth strategies

• Curiosity, collaboration skills, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
